History

William Freedman, one of the founding members of Freedman Broder & Company was one of five accountants who helped pioneer the field of entertainment business management. The original business management firm splintered into five different firms which formed the nucleus for the myriad of business management practices that we know today. In 1963 William Freedman joined forces with Marvin Freedman to form Freedman & Freedman CPA’s a firm specializing in the field of Entertainment Business Management. William Broder joined the firm in 1965.

In 1973 Freedman & Freedman became Freedman, Kinzelberg & Broder, then Freedman Broder & Company but the level of service to our clients has remained our foundation.  We understand the trust our clients place in our ability to professionally and discreetly handle their financial affairs.
